Kenne Yend explains why it's important to be proactive when you're injured. She says that if tissues are quite sensitive, they can no longer tolerate the same amount of loads. And so we might as well try and be proactive while it is a little bit injured by just doing maybe low amounts of running,. or just maybe some strength training, or maybe some cross training.
