Taking a long-term approach to things is one thing that just should hopefully stop people tripping themselves up and falling into a trap of non-functional overreaching. I think generally speaking you want to be well-fueled and certainly if you misunderstand that that that low carbohydrate or fasted side and try and do high intensity workouts like that you very quickly get into a problematic situation. Pay attention to optimizing training for their menstrual cycle as well because there are times in that cycle where you're really not going to be in a good position to push hard to absorb carbs. And so yeah my last point would be to maybe look into that a little bit more and optimize the training to to you know
