Attention Headaches - Is That a Headache?
Good ergonomic practice is to have your neck in a reasonably neutral position. The screen of a laptop is naturally very low. If your eyes are level with the top edge, then actually you're just looking very slightly down at the screen itself. That's a that's usually a good way to do it. And that just stops your neck muscles having to work as hard when they're when you're in a normal position.
