The Problem With Understanding Customers

Before internat, we knew a lot more about buyers because they didn't have another way to get information other than to ask us. And what's happened now is that when people are making a buying decision, they are avoiding us. They're doing everything they y can to hold off talking to us until they're well along in their bind decisions. That's the problem. You know, they're not interacting with us. So how are we going to get into contact with them? Well, i almost feel like i should havea horse and buggy when i say that.
