Getting a Blood Pressure Cuff Around Your Thigh

When we're doing exercise our muscular tension is creating a certain amount of pressure on the muscle. If someone has very low cardiac output their heart's not capable of pumping against that pressure gradient they might get complete arterial occlusion at 175 millimeters mercury. For those who don't have good breathing mechanics or have kind of like wacky posture for these individuals their thoracic pump isn't working properly so less blood is getting back to your heart. The same thing could happen if someone has poor muscular coordination and contract in the muscle with a lot of force but if they can't relax the muscle blood is going to get trapped in that muscle and it's also not going to get back
