How to Talk Yourself Out of a Panic Attack

When it's health anxiety related, I have to be really disciplined not to try to talk myself out of it by finding reassurance. Some of the CBT skills that I learn, I sometimes get out the little notebooks and look at the exercises that are linked specifically to health anxiety. The other thing that really helps me is actually I do even though we know these things like, you know, I write about mental health. So I've learned quite a lot from speaking to lots of people, but when I'm experiencing it, I need the help of other people.
