Are You Protective of Your Heart Health?

There's a lot of different people that talk about what is good for the heart. Some say saturated fat, more than 10% of your diet is the devil because they believe in the cholesterol link to atherosclerosis. So I'm basically looking for what is the Dr. Daniel Amman approach to all the data that's out there and the different folks that argue one way or another when it comes to heart health. My unique spin on it is low cholesterol under 160 is associated with depression, homicide, suicide, and death from all causes.
