And this is not about hyper independence and the self-led life. Grant: Sometimes a part of us can get really stuck there and all income shame and incomes pain and any number of things. But here's this young vulnerable part. He says in order for you to not get flooded with that either emotion of say shame or whatever it may be for that little guy, try to protect yourself from getting flooded by that feeling.
