Hypno Babies - The Hypnosis Course
I am not someone who wanted to labor at home for as long as possible. My plan was always to go to hospital as soon as i could. And yet, when in and laboured away for about four hours or five hours, very painfully, before i decided to get an epidural. So that was painful. I did hypno babies, the hypnoberthine course. But honestly, it i wasn't supercommitted to it because i i wasn't like, i have to not get an epidurai. It just kind of reminded me of when i was a uni student and i was doing exams.
