We found that some of the customers were churning out after a few quarters or a year because they were not able to realize the ROI. When you are a new category, it's not a budgeted line item. Typical sales cycles are longer. You need to create the market awareness. I feel people can iterate and learn faster and don't spend three years like what we spent.
