I wouldn't recommend doing it while you're out jogging or when you're out running. I think keeping those muscles challenged is extremely important. And for my own brain, where should you be feeling the kegels? Like Should you be feeling it in like your full abdomen? Cause like I feel like when I do it, like just, I just did. I really just feel it like in my vagina, like I don't really feel it anywhere else is that it feels like my vagina is sucking in.
