The Fear of Failure

I think for me then, like the fear of having to like work for somebody or do something I don't want to do. Here's the deal for me is I don't mind if I'm going to crash and burn, which I've done in certain, you know, startups that we've done. But I don't wants to feel limited. Like, I know where the ceiling is. I want to think it's unlimited. Where I could go, the possibility. Are you an optimist or pessimist? I'm definitely a practical optimist.
