The Four Hundred Degree Concept Can Improve Your Defence Off the Bottom Position

I would love to get your thoughts on how understanding the forty five degree concept can improve your defence off the bottom. Because it is implied that you should be able reverse this rule. The defensive postures that pit develop do is they make that double connection hips and shoulders very difficult. So i don't know if people know the positions were something like the baby bridge or the hawking tat. They angle your body an a certain way, so you basically elongate the side that's closest to your partner. And what that does it puts you in a position where you force the top player to choose whether they're going to be on your hips or your shoulders.
