I faced it once where they had 20 salespeople and they hired me as their first marketer. I didn't stay there long, but like how are we able to deal with that situation at top hat? Yeah. And a lot of that is just about being empathetic to what sales as challenges are. Like every single person had to like remind themselves that they can't do this alone.
