Fruit Juice - I'm Scared of Fruit
There are many other benefits to having whole fruit, fiber and vitamins. What we should be worried about is the main sources of sugar in our diet. Fructose might have contributed to fatty liver disease because it's mainly processed there. When you're looking at drinking cartons and cartons of fruit juice, we've got a recommendation to only stick to 150ml. This is a bit of a bar for milk because you can't even find 150ml of little carton in their supermarket.
