Pricing is something that certainly the ceo is thinking about a lot, but it's more like a ground hog day discussion. A lot of what i do is kind of set up projects where we get a lot of insight from sales and those that are closest to customers. I think one of the biggest things that i've helped a lot of founders realize is that they should be treating pricing similarly to how they treat product management. They need to be learning from customers. And they need to balance the actives of the company and what's right for the customer to ultimately move forward.
