When you fall off the horse with GTD, just coming back to capture is basically the same basic move as beginning again in your meditation practice. So keeping a journal when you meditate self and times are very healthy thing to do,. If nothing else, it's a great way to kind of loosen your brain and and clear a bunch of unconscious stuff.
