The construction industry needs everything yesterday. When you can say you'll be there later that day, or start to morrow, you can name your price. There's significant value in that. We did this in the storage business. Our competitors would book up all their trucks during the pickup season and not accept any appointments for the last three days. If you called and wanted to pick up at the last moment, they wouldn't be able to schedule you for four days until, you know, about four days from now. But this was the safe way.
