How to Push FTP Numbers

Sweet Spot is a really good way to bump FTP numbers. It's like lactate of four, right? Not sustainable for most people. I try and push that like time to exhaustion the TT number. If I can get an athlete where they have 50, 60 minutes of that, they're usually really fun.
