Fiber type shifting is a big one. sarcomerogenesis is another big one because I think it reduces the opening of stretch activity design channels. But ultimately, you know, it's a fatigue resistance adaption. It's not hypertrophy. The two things are very, very sort of specific in their own right and quite different from one another.
