AWS exists within Amazon, which has enormous and growing advertising group. It's interesting because the two organizations have different views on ad tech - sometimes based on our goals. So we look at Amazon ads while they are internal. We look at them as one of our customers. And I think it also gives me a chance to be laser focused on independent ad tech companies," he said.
