Can We Just Do This Faster and Faster?
I've heard that roger fedter and a labron james, for example, take about 12 hours of sleep, or even more. So i'm curious if there are any differences you've seen in alead athletes. I think the bit that we're all interested in is how to optimise the hours that we allocate to is. And i'm not sure wet they're right yet. It's one of those things that we're trying to learn about now.
