The Connection Between Customer Experience and Employee Experience
Sometimes you get so in the weeds on what you're building or what you're selling that the obvious things you're not seeing them. When you step out a little bit, then you can try to apply things that are maybe not exactly what you're doing that are relevant to what you do. Looking at analogs, even if they're not perfect, I think is really powerful. The customer experience is a byproduct of the employee experience. It all starts internally.
