i like to give prospects the gift of feeling seen and heard for the duration of our interaction together. It's such a rare feeling to have an interaction where people ere, someone comes away feeling lke, that person really saw me. You should be getting a lot of that during a sales call, if you're doing a good job. And in absence of understanding that, we're not going to be able to respond effectively.
