The first thing that I look for is long-term relationship. Can I trust these people? And will they be able to support me through those times? The other school of thought is people over index and getting smart money, people just want to get money and get on with their job. But unfortunately, I've gotten some really great people who fit either the industry thematic of logistics, e-commerce, or even foundational stuff like raising capital finance.
