What's the Process in a Nutshell?

We are partnering with a technology called Applied. The first design principle around the technology is about reducing bias. So what that looks like is applicant reviewers seeing not whole applications, but one question from several applicants next to each other against a scoring rubric. And then we're seeing combined average scores. That's the application piece. And then what we're figuring out right now is what is the right bar to set in terms of inviting people into interview. It's tricky in our space because and it's interesting because doing this work has actually taught me a lot about our category because I've had to think critically about it.
