There are people, I definitely noticed that when people are more active, they will introduce more carbohydrate. Some people can do fine with that because the thing with low carbon keto is even for me to say a ketogenic diet, everybody differs in their threshold as to like how much carbohydrate can you have and still be in ketosis? We've gone too far in demonizing all carbohydrate for everybody, I think.
