The Core Values of Buddhism

Any bad outcome is a challenge, or as an opportunity. So we get rid of the ways that we would frame an experience that make it seem overhelm or die or negative. We adapt a way to frame experiences that encourage engagement continued engagement with whatever concerns us. Our corps values are the five precepts - refraining from harmful acts of violence and speed taking what is offered.
