How to Squat Faster
Box squats overload all the essential muscles of squat and run and jump. When you sit on a box, you can sit so far back that the shin is patch vertical. Box squats are good for football teams because it's a fast-paced game now. You see so many football players with groin injuries. Why? I hear all the time how they stretch them and stretch them andStretch them and then they tear a groin. Until you build these up your body will not fit well enough to play in this sport.
