Adding in Additional Skill Sets as a Marketer

I don't think necessarily everyone has to be a generalist, but I do think that adding in additional skill sets is really important. You've got to actually have an active interest in the business you're in and enjoy some form of it. So then someday if you want to upskill, like you said, maybe you want to start your own side hustle.
