The Science of Remembering Good Things
If we just sort of wire those neurons together, wrap them together a little bit tighter by spending that extra 30 seconds doing so, then we start to remember things. There's a place for creating beneficial experiences, but usually where the opportunity lives is just noticing beneficial experiences you're already having. Registering that sense in your body of strong, manly and warrior-like feeling in a healthy way can be very powerful.
