I think the liberating thing about coaching is realizing that it's not like a specific thing that has to work. So if we have you know tempo following intervals and speed before tempo it's kind of hard to go wrong. Yeah throw everything against the wall and see what sticks which is basically training theory. As wild as it is on the background of these principles of mostly aerobic mostly controlled some hard. Then you just kind of play around and see what works.
