The majority of real estate can say, we're going to get you a house. I want to put you in a house here to your dreams. The vast majority of the houses that they're not for. Most agents want to get you in there and close the deal as quick as they can feel. Tell them somebody what the pitfalls of the marketplace though is not the same as giving away free consulting.
