The Importance of Diversity in Your Program

I think a real take home point is you know we always want to do what what saves time and what's free and at least having one blinded interviewer is a really easy to accomplish um take home point for your program. Anything that you'd like to plug anything you're working on or especially proud of that we should be keeping eye out for down the pipeline oh thank you I wish um I had more personal things but I I really have benefited from the from the AIM guidelines from 2022 and so I would plug those, too.
