How to Breathe in Pure Healing Energy

Focus your mind on your chest, rising and falling with each breath. Every time you breathe in, you breathe in pure healing energy. And every time you breathe out, you breathe out all of your worries. Now bring your awareness to the back and front of your body. Feel all of your muscles really feel them. Do they feel tight and stiff? Or do they feel soft and supple? Take a long, slow, deep breath in and gently breathe it out.
