The History of English

Rome was able to expand its influence across the mediterranean. Caesar's expeditions brought the romans into direct contact with the celtic speaking ibes of central and western europe. Next time, i'm going to look at caesar's expeditions to conquer those continental celts. And i'll continue to look at latin and its influence as it began to spread into westerneurope.
