The Evolution of Cheese

Based on fat residues in pottery, we think people also figured out how to make things like butter at about the same time. People were making cheese and butter from the milk of cows, goats and sheep. We have lots of pottery shards as evidence that show the progression of cheese along with lots and lots of other things spreading out during the Neolithic migration.
