In a good sales organization, your sales reps know the answers to all those questions. But occasionally I've got, like in this case, it was like all the reps were new. The only person that had any experience was this VP sales who between you and me and the fence post got fired three months later. And so I wasn't getting the answers I needed out of sales. So I actually had to go to the customers and go get that's super helpful. Is there anything else? Well, most of the stuff that I work on is B2B. That with a very different champion persona buyer up there.
