Is the Poly Pole Run Training Different From Cross Training?
In the cornova world, things around plus or minus 20 % of goal race speed. That's actually specific training. And it's a general adaptation that has specific influences on what we want as endurance athletes. But i would not call the poly pole run training. I would not call it that because it's not, it really is. It's like, think of it like cross training, like weight training, because at a different movement.
