Automate Task Capture With Omnifocus
Omnifocus lets you create template actions and fill in all that medidata. So i've made like seven or eight of those related to different parts of the law practice. I have one for ideas for shows, and i have one for each of my three podcasts. You just take a few minutes to set that up once, and then you can put that em through short cuts.
