Cillian: I experienced a set of circumstances that made me anxious, stressed and most importantly, initiated the sequence for the voice in my head to be critical and negative. Is this normal? And are there any strategies we can use to get past the critic faster? Cillian: It's not going to happen necessarily this time. It might not happen next time.
