What's the Difference Between a Co-Founder and CEO?

Sally Kohn: My role shifted probably every six months and has done. It's been par for the course in some ways, you know, it doesn't feel like this sort of big dramatic shift so much as it is an evolution. I'm sure the next evolution will come in some way, shape, or form, probably less visibly to the external worlds. But as we shift and grow the business, as I bring on more folks on the team, as we expand and continue to really advance what we do, my day to day shifts all the time. And that's, I think, appropriate for this stage of the company.
