How to Increase Motivation With Staging
There is a relationship between level of motivation and the difficulty of the behavior or habit that you do. So for any given behavior, like running every day or flossing, our motivation goes up and down. It's called a motivation wave. The waves can be bigger, small. But when the motivation drops to a ripple or it's totally flat, the easier the behavior happens has to do.
