I like to attack it from two different directions, because in the beginning it's impossible to practise the entire skill and the entire range of motion. So i always like to include a technical sort of set of progressions as well as er strength. I tat so first step, obviously learning to hand samplesh up, and getting your hand sample shop deeper and deeper and deeper all th way until you can hand sample shop chest to box. And then from the other side, you need to build up the strength to first hold this sort of 90 degree low position - which can be approached by doing pseudo planch push ups. In this an degree hold strength, or bent arm plunge strength
