The Innovator's Dilemma

i the innovator's dilemma is what i'm talking about. This as my choice and this is by clay christianson. One of the stuff that i do as a business is i hunt down new technologies, and i turn it into a business in itself. How do you go about building that business and continue to grow it? And i think we both likely had some opposing a views of the book within ourselves.
