Small upstarts start nibbling away at a low margin customers. The beakeyes, don't mind much and focus instead on their high margin customers. In this scenario, beating the category giants on price is a totally viable option. For instance, if you look at intercom or gong, they both have an army of copy cats that deliver a similar corps product at a much lower price. But when you look at those styd ups, it's timid.
