Companies that would never move from problem to product market fit is because they might be able to get a new customer, but they may not be able to retain it. You can't say that unless you have a repetable use case that you can sell over and over and over again. So companies could be a 20 million dollar business and still doing edge cases, in use cases, but not get into the middle part. They never graduate to become a middle schooler and understand, oh, i need to now really start making work up things work here. A big problem that i see in this phase is, today, we hear a lot about, you avitar and youth cases, all that
