How to Avoid Saturated Fat in Your Diet

Dr. Jill Cavallo and I did a deep dive on whether or not saturated fat is harmful. We sort of walked people through all of that research to explain why the guidelines are what they are, which recommends to limit saturated fat. If you're looking at a label and it's got like two or three grams of saturated fat per serving, that's probably okay. Some dairy products like the creams and full fat milk might be concerning.
