Make it easy and we've touched upon a few things already here. I'll start with saying the two minute rule that James Clear talks about. Start small, okay? And then you'll be able to build upon that. Another thing for making it easy is how can we reduce the amount of friction between us and whatever goal there is? So let's say we want to work out more and maybe your gym is 20, 30 minutes away. Well, maybe instead of doing a gym workout, that's 20, 30 hours away. How could we use technology and resources that are available to us to make it easier?
