I wanted to offer aggressive terms. I was buying in an industry that most people were like, really? I bought a textile business. Most people did not like that industry. So I needed to offeraggressive terms and I did. You can also pick an IRR that you want to get to and sort of back into it that way. That's maybe the right way to do it. It wasn't rocket science or any difficult process. It was just, you know, putting out there and seeing if anybody bit. If you voted 25%, you know, reach out. Yeah.
